Essential Oils for Emotional support

Aromatherapy for emotional support

For every woman, experiences of day to day life are very different, at same time unique to them as their fingerprints. Some of us sail through major bumps while others grapple with unpredictable symptoms. This often leads to negative thoughts that impact the life and well being of woman as well as of her family. In such an emotional imbalance, it is necessary for everyone to create a space to calm and relax your body and soul.

Because of this, I am strong advocate of incorporating organic and natural essential oils in our life. They have such great properties like anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, anti-bacterial, antiseptic, antiviral, and many others. In fact, I regularly use evaporative diffuser in home. It helps me fight various problems like anxiety, chronic stress etc. You will be surprised how effective they are against joint and muscle pain, insomnia, menopause problems, fatigue, etc when massaged correctly with a carrier oil.

Some of the essential oils on which I totally rely on are:

Droplet lavender: Sometimes due to stress and anxiety I suffer from insomnia. Then I prefer to use Droplet lavender oil in my diffuser for its aroma. It calms down my mind and relaxes my body with inner peace and sleep. Besides, it improvises my sleep cycles and combat issues like racing thoughts, insomnia, and anxiety.

Droplet peppermint: Due to fitness freak I go to the gym on a regular basis and use peppermint oil in my diffuser pre and post workout. With the cool refreshing fragrance, it reduces the perception of my efforts and increases my energy. Besides, it also stimulates the mental clarity after the workout session in the gym.

Droplet Lemongrass: I started using The Lemongrass oil because of its fresh citrus aroma. It can not be denied that it is a powerful non-toxic cleaner which purifies the air and improves respiratory function. In fact, it disinfects the environment and enhances the immune system.

Droplet grapefruit: I heard that the aroma of grapefruit controls food craving and aids blood circulation. As a result, I began to use grapefruit oil which suppressed my excessive appetite. Due to which I reduce 3 kgs of my weight. It is not wrong to say that aromatherapy helped me emotionally but also increased my confidence in public places.
