When will my order be dispatched?

After you have confirmed order by making payment, you shall receive an email with order details and estimated time of delivery depending on your location. Generally we dispatch within 24 hours.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Standard delivery might take up-to 5 days for product delivery after we dispatch. You should track with shipping agent’s tracking number which you received in email after order was dispatched. Still if you have any issue you can email us or message us from contact information.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can before dispatch. However, be sure that you will really enjoy our products once delivered, so we would ask you to reconsider cancellation. Still if you wish, please drop us an email with your order number. Refund will be paid within 5 working days. 

What is the refund policy?

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery if you receive package in damaged condition, we will bear shipping charges. However if you have opened bottle but haven’t used and still would like to return, we accept it without question asked. However in that situation, shipping charges are borne by you.
